Our goal is to provide you with an item you will love. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can choose to exchange the item or be refunded your total purchase amount minus shipping costs.
To request / process a return or exchange
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and list which items you are returning or exchanging.
- We accept returns in new, unused condition and with tags within two weeks of delivery.
- The original shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (unless being returned due to a manufacturer defect).
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
